Imagine being let down by a carrier. When this happened recently it had to be a delivery to one of our customers in
Scotland and not just down the road in Nottingham.
Knowing that we could not rely on any carrier to make the delivery the next day before 9.00am, we had to take action.
A Director of Webro loaded the cable in to their car and drove through the night and met the client at their premises the next morning.
You can imagine our clients reaction when they discovered what had happened. Needless to say they were extremely grateful to receive their order on time and impressed that a Director would go so far to deliver excellent customer service.
