In addition to our ISO 9000-2008 quality certification, Webro is actively working towards ISO: 14001:2004 accreditation, the environmental standard.

In line with most large manufacturers and distributors, our aim is to reduce our carbon footprint by reducing waste, handling our resources more effectively,  increasing our overall efficiency and to work with our customers to build a sustainable future.

Guarantees

We understand the nature of the construction industry and the tight deadlines that you have to meet. We also understand that the products we supply need to be easy to install and  trouble free in service.

Therefore, all products supplied by Webro carry a 12-month warranty from date of delivery.

Specialised products are covered by our 15-year warranty of quality from date of delivery. 

Brand Rex - The complete LAN solution is covered by the Brand-Rex 25-year channel warranty, which is available through Webro and their authorised installation partners.

All the above warranties and guarantees are honoured providing our products are installed and maintained according to their specifications and have not been subjected to any undue mechanical, chemical or electrical influences.
