All cables that Webro supply to London Underground have had to pass the incredibly high standards and test criteria known as “Section 12” within the industry. This ensures that cables will not give off toxic fumes and gases in the event of a fire or continue to burn once the main heat source or flame has been removed.

The range of cables is expanding all the time with H124 coaxial cable used extensively on CCTV systems throughout the Underground network as well as Fibre Optic, Fire Alarm, Data, Rack wiring and 50 Ohm coaxial cables all available straight from stock. H124 Triax cable produced specifically for the Connect project and from an original idea from Webro personnel. This ensured that connectors would fit and that section 12 testing would be not be an issue.
