How many years have you been in the cable industry?
15 years, although my cable knowledge is quite limited, so I stick to finance!
Why did you choose accounts as your career path?
In a previous job I was asked to help out the accounts department doing credit control, and I got hooked… so I looked for a role where I could work in accounts while taking the ACCA qualification.
What did you want to be when you were growing up?
A vet or a primary school teacher, I tried working at both briefly and they didn’t work out.
What’s the best thing about working at Webro?
The people. We help each other work together across departments for the overall goal, while caring for each other and having a sense of humour.
What’s your favourite holiday destination?
Athens for a hot one, so much history. Iceland for a cold one, such amazing natural features.
Any pets?
Just a wildlife pond full of newts.
Favourite sports team?
Nottingham Panthers and Notts County.
What 3 words that best describe you?
Kind, fun, determined.
What would you do if you won big on the Lottery?
Share some with family/friends, a few nice holidays, and set up a charity.
What’s your favourite food?
Sweet and sour chicken.
What annoys you more than anything else?
Slow walkers dawdling when I’m in a hurry!
What superpower would you like to have?
Time travel, so that I could repeat good times.

Top Gun, it’s a classic.
What do you like to do when you’re not working?
Days out with my kids and family, and nights out with friends!

'Last Christmas' by Wham!
Who would you swap places with for a day, and why?
A royal family member, as I’d love to experience a day in the life at Buckingham Palace.
What was your favourite subject at school, and why?
Biology, as I love to know how our organs, processes, and genes work.
Who would be your desert island companion of choice?
My sister - we never run out of conversation!

Worrying is like paying interest on a debt you don’t have.
