Chris Extends His Mental Health Development
We're pleased to announce that Head of Marketing Chris Mellor-Dolman has completed 'Safeguarding' and 'Adult Welfare' courses in recent weeks to extend his skill set.
As a qualified Mental Health Aider, Chris leads the dedicated Mental Health & Wellbeing team at Webro, working alongside First Responders Shaun Gartlan (Purchasing Manager) and Emma Maloney (Customer Services Executive).
The team are responsible for promoting and supporting mental health and wellbeing across the company. They're qualified to listen and to signpost when colleagues are in need of support, providing a confidential service for individuals to talk with someone that they can trust in times of need.
