I’m a Sales and Purchasing Administrator (studying a business admin apprenticeship).
How many years have you been in the cable industry?
1 year this month.
What did you want to be when you were growing up?
I wanted to be loads of different things, but a vet was the main one whilst growing up.
What’s the best thing about working at Webro?
The people - I get on well with everyone here.
What’s your favourite holiday destination?
I’ve really enjoyed visiting different Greek islands recently.
Any pets?
2 German Shepherds (who I miss all the time).
Favourite sports team?
I don't really follow any sports.
What 3 words that best describe you?
Outgoing, bubbly, helpful.
What would you do if you won big on the Lottery?
Travel, travel, travel, (any maybe take my parents on holiday or buy a house).
What’s your favourite food?
I love a carvery!
What annoys you more than anything else?
Lorries in the fast lane on a motorway.
What superpower would you like to have?
Teleporting, so I could visit a different place whenever I felt like it.
What’s your favourite film, and why?
My go-to film would have to be Grease.
What do you like to do when you’re not working?
If you ask anyone, I’m always busy! I like to watch musicals at the theatre, concerts, visit new places, go home to my family, or go out drinking on a Friday night.
Who’s your favourite band/singer?
I wouldn’t say I have a favourite; I enjoy a big variety of music. I grew up with 60s, 80s, ska, as well as the 00s, and more recent artists – but if I had the chance to see someone live (who I haven’t seen already), I think it would be Adele.
What’s your ‘go to’ karaoke song?
Any Mamma Mia or High School Musical song usually.
Who would you swap places with for a day, and why?
Someone with a lot of money, so I can know what it feels like ha-ha.
What was your favourite subject at school, and why?
Maths or chemistry. I think I’ve got a logical thinking brain, and it all used to make sense to me.
Who would be your desert island companion of choice?
My nanny. I used to spend most weekends at her house when I was back home, and we’ve always got something to chat about.
What’s the best advice that you’ve ever been given?
‘If not now, when?’
What's your favourite cable?
EV cable.
Is there anything else you'd like us to know about you?
My first job was in an ice cream shop, and I travelled to Nottingham to go to university and ended up staying here!
