Emma Becomes a Qualified Mental Health First Responder
We're delighted to announce that our customer services team member Emma Maloney has passed her FAQ L2 Adult Mental Health exam to become a qualified Mental Health First Responder.
Emma now joins the Webro Mental Health & Wellbeing Team, alongside First Responder Shaun Gartlan (Purchasing Manager), and Mental Health First Aider Chris Mellor-Dolman (Head of Marketing).
The team are responsible for promoting and supporting mental health and wellbeing across the company. They're qualified to listen and to signpost when colleagues are in need of support. They provide a confidential service for individuals to talk with someone that they can trust in times of need.
The most important thing is that collectively all colleagues play their part in the upkeep of good mental health and wellbeing of each other.
