What’s the best thing about working at Webro?
The team culture and being able to do whatever needs doing to get things done.
Any pets?
We recently took in a stray cat via a cat charity, she’s called Tux. I’m more of a dog person but she’s lovely and makes a noise like a telephone ‘Brrrrr’ rather than meowing.
Favourite sports team?
Controversially within Webro I don’t follow any team sports, everyone is football mad here, so the chat at the start of sales meetings is always a joy for me. I’m a massive MMA fan, mainly UFC nowadays.
What 3 words that best describe you?
Honest, reliable, meticulous.
What would you do if you won big on the Lottery?
Take care of the family, road trip around Canada’s lakes, pay silly money for a good UFC ticket and buy loads of trainers.
What’s your favourite food?
Depends on the mood really, but I could eat Tom Yum Kha Gai anytime.
What annoys you more than anything else?
Being late and traffic, they go hand in hand.
What superpower would you like to have?
Multitasking or the power of flight.
What’s your favourite film, and why?
I can’t pick just one…The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, it’s visually stunning, soundtrack is amazing, cast is ridiculous, I notice something new each time I watch it. Also, any of Nolan’s Batman trilogy and The Raid.
What do you like to do when you’re not working?
Family time, cooking, listening to music, going to gigs.
Who’s your favourite band/singer?
I’m a music obsessive so this is hard, band could be Queens of The Stone Age or Pantera, singer would be Mike Patton or Dallas Green.
What’s your ‘go to’ karaoke song?
I’ve only done it once and it was ‘Miami’ by Baxter Drury.
Who would you swap places with for a day, and why?
A top chef so I could learn all the tricks, techniques, and recipes.
What was your favourite subject at school, and why?
Definitely Art, in the sixth form we could play music in the art block which was usually all the early 90’s rave tape packs, Dreamscape etc…
Who would be your desert island companion of choice?
Bill Burr or Ricky Gervais.
What’s the best advice that you’ve ever been given?
Look both ways when you cross the road.

Is there anything else you’d like us to know about you?
As well as specialising in the AV/CI, Security and Electrical contracting industries, I also look after Rail contractors…my beard wasn’t white until Crossrail!
