Application

Category 5e patch cables are typically used to connect two devices to each other, usually computer to RJ45 module/hub or patch panels to routers or switches. Category 5e cable & patch standard provides performance of up to 100MHz and is suitable for 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX (fast ethernet). and 1000BASE-T (gigabit ethernet).

Description

Category 5e patch cable (cate5e patch) consists of 24AWG stranded (UTP) plain annealed copper wire conductor with HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) insulation and PVC sheath. Flexible or stranded conductors increase flexibility within connection environments. Our Cat5e patch cords are available in 1m, 2m, 3m and 5m lengths in blue, green, yellow, and red.

Application
