Following a strategic review, a major opportunity was identified in the fast-growing AV & CI sector, with range expansion to offer the full suite of cable solutions for Smart Buildings. This led to significant investment in people, products, and marketing from 2021 to ensure success.

The AV & CI Team is led by two acclaimed experts in the Custom Install Cable Market. With over 35 years of combined industry knowledge & experience, they’ve developed many of the most popular cables used today, and supplied some of the biggest custom install projects seen to date.

Webro won ‘Best Cable Solution’ at the 2023 Smart Building Awards for the innovative WEB-LED Cable. Fundamentally, it’s solved the identification challenges that integrators face when installing LED lighting in the Smart AV market.

Success came from genuine collaboration. The team listened to the frustrations of a close customer, who suggested a fix. They then worked with them to develop the right product solution. The outcome was WEB-LED Cable, that was embraced by integrators who saw immediate benefit in colour identification during the installation process, eliminating confusion and potential errors.
